“Clyde, are you serious? What the fuck, bro!” Tejie yelled while catching up with Clyde.

Clyde remained silent. Simply keep walking until he reaches the club’s entrance. His face was solemn and gloomy.

“Clyde! No trouble, okay?” Tejie warned before they finally entered the club.

Clydes’ boredom has returned as a result of his lack of communication with Laura. He planned to see Laura and Gwen at the club to talk to them.

CHARI AND CLINT’S POV

Clint and I are currently arguing because Clyde has been upset for a few days.

“What’s going on with Clyde? Why-why is he upset?”

“Ma, what else is the reason? Laura!” exclaimed Clint. “Tejie informed me that she would not return Clyde’s call for nearly a week, implying that your son is once again going crazy!”

“Gosh, Clint! That’s what I’m saying! I thought they were okay. Why didn’t you tell me right away?” I yelled at him in shock. “What if next time we find out that he no longer has a license?”

“Wait!” Clint paused. “Where is Clyde? He doesn’t have a duty, does he? Where are they and Tejie again?”

“CLYDE, I TOLD YOU NO TROUBLE!” Tejie shouted as he dragged Clyde out of the club’s main entrance.

“What?” Clyde snarls at the men who were following them. “Come on! Mother fuckers!!” he shouted again as he dashed to attack those men.

“Clyde! You fuck! Umm!” Fortunately, Tejie is big and strong, so he can stop Clyde.

Later, Laura and Gwen were rushing out of the club. “Boss! No! No!” I’ll take care of it!” She said it right away.

Tejie just shook his head at what was happening, and he didn’t let go of his brother who kept on strangling him.

“Don’t let that idiot in!” shouted one of the men.

“Boss, I’m sorry! It’s me! It’s my fault,” Laura said again, apologizing.

“Laura! Answer that if it messes up again. You’ll lose your job! I’m telling you!” said one angrily.

While Laura was apologizing to the guards, Tejie was trying to pull Clyde away. The crowd is packed; everyone’s eyes are on them.

“Fuck, Clyde!” “You said there was no trouble!” he yelled as he threw Clyde onto the car hood.

“Sorry Tej, I couldn’t help it when I saw that guy touching Laura’s waist,” replied Clyde. “Fuck Tej!”

Laura and Gwen came upon them. Laura was already screaming as she came in. “Clyde, what are you doing?”

Clyde greeted her and quickly held both hands. “Laura, I’m sorry!”

Laura shook Clyde’s hand. “Clyde, I’m going to lose my job because of what you’re doing. What’s wrong with you?” Laura said, annoyed.

Clyde answered quickly. “Laura, you don’t talk to me anymore! Why? You don’t even answer my calls! You don’t even have a message,” clinging to his hair. “Why? Tell me why? We’re okay, aren’t we? Maybe you want to explain why you’re avoiding me?” he said, one after another, pleading.

Laura patted her forehead. “Pfff! Clyde: I don’t have to explain it to you. I’m working and it’s not my obligation to answer your calls and texts! And even more so, it’s not my obligation to chat with you. What’s going on with you?”

Clyde fell silent. Gwen and Tejie looked at each other because she seemed embarrassed by Laura’s words. There were many people in the parking lot at that time, witnessing the scene.

“Alright, we’re going home, Laura. Sorry for the trouble…” Clyde said seriously, looking into the distance after opening the car door. “I’m so sorry.”

Laura stopped him from getting in, “Clyde-Clyde, wait! I’m sorry too. I’m sorry because-”

He cuts Laura, “I’m sorry. I assumed we were fine. I thought that we understood each other, like- a boyfriend, or– I’m so sorry, nevermind. This won’t happen again,” Clyde answered as he got into the car and closed the door.

Laura let out a sigh.

“Laura, sorry-Tejie apologized and then got on board too.

They have left.

“What the fuck, Laura? Doc might be depressed again for what you did. Have you forgotten?” Gwen said worriedly. “Fuck girl that was so- so not good!”

“Gwen! I’m carried away! You see, what did he do?” Laura said, annoyed. “We’re going to lose our jobs because of his bullshit! He’s insane!”

“Yes bitch, that person loves you! I bet you my soul tomorrow–Aunt Chari will call you! Why did you do that? You didn’t stop that big mouth of yours!” Gwen said, annoyed with Laura, hitting her arm. “I pity him. Doc looked like a fool because you yelled at him and there were many other people watching. That was wrong, Laura! It’s wrong. You hurt the guys’ feelings and humiliated him,” Gwen whispered to her before leaving to go back inside the club. “Fuck girl! That was harsh.” she added.

Laura just took a deep breath.

MY MIND IS a mess again.

“Clyde, easy! We might end up in the cemetery! Slow down bro! You motherfucker, take it easy!” Tejie said loudly while hitting the dashboard of the car because I was the one who was driving.

I was aware of his savage beating. So I slow down.

“Clyde? There’s nothing you can do-Laura told you herself, you heard everything from Laura, maybe it’s a fuckin’ sign to stop,” Tejie explained.

I just keep driving slowly because my vision seems to be blurring and I’m getting dizzy. Just a few moments and… “Hmph! Why is it like that?” My tears are slowly streaming down my cheeks.

“Clyde, just relax your brain first, okay? You’re overflowing again! Who wouldn’t be shocked by what you did? Don’t be surprised if Laura gets really mad at you because I’m sure tomorrow they won’t have a job anymore, Gwen,” Tejie explained.

“You know, I can provide her with everything she requires! Tej!” I replied quickly.

“You’re thinking incorrectly, Clyde.” he answered back.

“Why not Tej? What’s wrong with that?”

“Doc? She doesn’t like things like that; she’s not that type,” Tejie said calmly, scratching his head. “How long are you going to push yourself on her? You’re only making yourself suffer. Fuck doc! It’s her loss, not yours! What are you doing? She doesn’t like you, so let her deal with it! She is the one who lost everything, remember that Clyde! She is! Fuck love! Why do you need to be so damn serious!”

I didn’t say a word. I stopped crying and suddenly thought about what he said.

A moment later, Tejie’s phone rang.

“Umm!” He showed me a video call. “You want to forget her?” he asked. He removed my seatbelt and told me to move because he was going to take over the steering wheel. “You’re crying over a girl? Fuck you, Clyde! I’ll give you a lot, so you have choices!” he said as he started the car.

LAURA AND GWEN were sitting quietly on the sidewalk.

“What now? Shall we go ahead with our plan to leave the condo?” Gwen asked after standing in front of Laura.

Laura did not move nor speak. She’s in a bad mood and stressed.

Gwen sat next to her again. “We don’t have a job anymore, Laura.”

“I told the person I was talking to that we would be moving later. I have also sent a payment and an advance on the rent, so we don’t even have a single cent now,” said Laura, sadly looking away.

“We still have a lot of food, and-I still have some left for today,” Gwen answered smiling.

“Let’s move! Let’s not go to sleep and leave immediately, so we can get out of there.”

The two stood up and straightened themselves. They were fired because of Clyde’s trouble earlier. Clyde picks a fight with the club owner’s son. When Laura was asked about Clyde, she didn’t say that he was a doctor and she didn’t give any personal information so that they wouldn’t disturb him because they planned to sue him for what he did, but Laura took control and accepted their boss’s decision to fire both of them.

“It’s a good thing that Hailey has a crush on you, and you did a good job too by denying any personal information about Doc,” Gwen complimented.

“Even if I’m that angry I won’t do that, he might lose his license. I’m not letting that happen, Gwen. No!” Laura said. “Doc helps a lot of people, I understand that he has an attitude but there’s nothing to do about him being a doctor, he never hurts his patient.” she added.

Gwen replied, “Yeah, you’re a good example of his good heart.”

WHEN I WOKE up, I was in a big room. It was dark because the walls were painted red and the windows were fully closed.

“Ugh! My head hurts!” I exclaimed as I rose.

My eyes widened when I saw that a girl was lying next to me asleep. I suddenly remembered that I was drunk last night and Tejie’s friend introduced me to this girl. Other than that, it’s all a blur.

“Wh-what is this?” when I removed the blanket, I was fuckin’ naked and so was the girl next to me.

“Fuck! Tej!”

When I looked at the girl, I was a little scared. She is young and I think she is only about 19 years old or much younger. She has long blonde hair, and she has a very nice complexion.

“Fuck! What is it? What have I done? Fuck… Laura, I’m sorry. Ugh!”

I clung to my hair. I quickly got out of bed, but due to my carelessness…

“Hi!” The girl greeted me. The girl is beautiful, her eyes are narrow, and she is cute. She has small butterfly tattoos on her neck down to her shoulders. “Um.. are you going home?” she said as she sat down.

LAURA AND GWEN’S POV

Gwen and I have arranged everything. There is nothing left in the condo. Gwen promised me that she wouldn’t tell anyone where we moved because I didn’t want Clyde-Doctor Tuason-to bother me anymore. We just left a note at the condo and called Tejie to say thank you. No matter how hard he tried to find out where we were moving to, I didn’t tell him. I told him that, for the peace of his brother’s mind, it was better that we lose our connection. I didn’t even think about the effect of what I did on Clyde, but it’s not good that I’m going to force him on myself, which I know is never possible because I still really love Paul.

Then another thing-we have a big age gap as well as a life situation. But I liked Clyde, I can’t say that I love him because I can ignore him no matter how long. And sometimes I don’t even think about him in my daily actions. I just don’t give a fuck anymore. That’s more a word to explain it.

“Laura, Doc Tuason is also a bad boy,” Gwen snapped. “He seems to be very possessive. You wouldn’t think that, despite being decent as a doctor, he also hides a dark side,” she added. “He has bipolar disorder.”

I replied quickly, “Yes, Gwen. I haven’t lost hope that he will come back to me. When he gets tired of his woman, he will be mine again. And I will wait for that no matter how long it takes. I love Paul, Gwen! Fuck I really love him! ”

“Alright, I’ll support you as long as you don’t leave me now because I have no one with me. Okay, bitch! Just let me be with someone special before you leave. Okay, bitch?”

“Of course, bitch! We breathe the same air now!” I smiled at her.

I am very grateful I met Gwen. Even though we were only together for a short time, I saw that she would not leave me alone. Sometimes it’s better to meet the same unfortunate person, so you can both rise together in the end.

CLYDE’ VOICE ECHOES throughout the second floor of their house.

“You should have told me right away!” he shouted at Tejie.

“Why should I tell you? They’ve already left!” Tejie yelled back. “What else are you chasing? What the fuck doc? We had a great time last night! Forget her! She’s gone!”

“When I got there, they were gone! I didn’t even talk to Laura properly!” Clyde’s voice was raspy. “I can’t contact her anymore! Even Gwen! We were just together yesterday! You should have told me Tej! What are you doing?” he asked, scraping his hair swiftly as a sign of being pissed.

Chari and Clint went up when they heard the noise.. They caught Clyde clenching his fist and breathing heavily.

“Stop it, Clyde! Both of you! You fuckin’ stop that yelling!” Clint shouted right away pointing at Clyde.

Chari quickly approached him and rubbed his back, when the situation was like this, he was in a panic attack, and anytime his asthma would follow. “Relax, baby-relax okay?”

Tejie just looked at him. Clyde shortly left them and entered his room, slamming the door shut.

The three just looked at each other. Then Tejie’s phone suddenly rang.

“Huh? Deynie? Why is Deynie calling? He said in a low voice.

His messages came one after the other, and the last one was a video clip that was 30 minutes long. He thought that it was nothing, so he immediately pressed the play button to see it even though their parents were still in front of him. And to his surprise,

“Shit! What the fff-” He quickly turned off the cell phone, looked at his parents, and ran into the room.

“The fuck! Clyde! What’s this video? ” That bitch! He murmured while entering his room.
