Dirty Little Secret

Unice’s PoV

Ace and I have finished our meal and are just taking our time; he is on his phone right now, and I have agreed to the plan he advised me to do tomorrow. I notice Ace standing up and picking up his plastic bag. I need to be brave and prepared for this plan to work.

“What a day it’s been. Let’s go home because I need to get something done.” Ace stated, and I rose from my seat, following him as he began to walk.

“Does it have anything to do with business?” As we continued to walk, I asked Ace.

“It’s about my group of men; I need to go to the base after we get home and talk to them,” Ace explained, and I nodded as we exited the mall and approached his car’s parking lot.

I opened the car door and went inside. I buckled my seat belt, and Ace did the same, placing the item we purchased on the back seat and buckling his seat belt. He places the plastic, starts the engine, and begins to drive, while I pick up my phone.

“Be careful tomorrow; if something happens, all you have to do is run.” Ace said something to me, and I took a slow look at him.

“I got it. I’m going to do my best to act, and the rest is up to you.” Ace smirked as I assured him.

We’re on our way to his mansion, and I was scrolling through social media when I noticed Zoey’s post, and it was Mr. Daffe with her selfie. I’m sure she’s already close to Mr. Daffe. I liked the post and was looking out the car window.

We arrived at the mansion after a while. As I unbuckled my seat belt after he parked the car, I noticed him handing me the plastic bag containing the new clothes we had purchased earlier.

“Are you sure you’ll be fine alone here tonight?” Ace was curious.

“Don’t worry about me; I’ll be fine,” I respond, and he hugs me before kissing my cheek.

“I’ll text you if I can’t go home tonight,” Ace promised, and I nodded as he climbed back into his car.

“I’m fine with my suit clothes,” he responded, which is why I nodded, and he restarted the car engine and drove away.

I went inside the mansion to prepare myself, went to the living room to put the plastic bag, and sat down first on the living room sofa. I stretch my arms and then look at the plastic bag where I’ve decided to store Ace’s new clothes.

When I removed the plastic bag and saw the blue clothes inside, I smiled and thought if he didn’t want this, why did he purchase them? Maybe he was joking about not wanting to take this.

I got up from my seat, went to his room, placed his new clothes on his cabinet, and then looked around. It’s a little messy here, but it’s still early to sleep, so maybe I can clean his room for a little while he’s talking to his man.

I took off my shoes and clothes and put on my sports bra and sweat shorts. I opened his cabinet once and borrowed his clothes; I know it’s big for me, but it’s only temporary; after I clean, I’ll shower.

I left the room and went to the kitchen to get some cleaning supplies. Then I returned to Ace’s room and began cleaning it and to get things organized. After a few minutes of cleaning his room, which was already clean, I carried the trash bag outside, exited his room, and returned the cleaning materials to the kitchen.

I decided to go to my room and get some clothes before taking a shower. When I got to my room, I opened the cabinet, chose a plain pink t-shirt with shorts, and then left.

I entered the bathroom and filled the bathtub with water before taking a bath. I started scrubbing my body, putting shampoo on my hair, soap on my body, and brushing my teeth. I exit the bathtub and dry myself with a towel after washing myself.

I exited the bathroom wearing a plain pink crop top shirt and shorts, went to my room, and sat on the bed while drying my hair with a towel. I brush my hair after I’ve dried it, and then I pick up my phone from my bag on the bed.

I noticed Ace texted me that he would be late; I wonder what they will talk about in the basement. Maybe it’s about Edward. I need to sleep early so I can wake up early tomorrow. I’m going to set the alarm clock on my phone; maybe I’ll sleep here in my room.

Ace’s PoV

“I can’t believe you’re going to leave Unice alone at Edward’s company tomorrow,” Max boasted, and I’m arranging and preparing the weapons I’m going to use.

“I believe in her and know she can pull this off because she is the only one who can,” I told Max, pointing the gun at the front.

“I also trust her and believe in her abilities; I know she can do it. Unice is brave; she is no longer afraid of you.” Max clarified, and I rose from my seat.

“Thank you for taking care of my work earlier and tomorrow as well, because right now I have some unfinished business.” I thanked and explained to Max and Charlie.

“You can trust us, boss. We’re your close friends,” Charlie exclaimed, and I smirked. I picked up my phone, and Unice had not responded to my message about my impending tardiness.

“Is there anything else you need to tell us, boss, besides how you’re preparing for Edward?” Charlie questioned me, and I placed the gun on the table.

“Could you please do me a favor? Is it okay to track Unice on her way to Edward’s company tomorrow?” I request a favor from the two, then Justin and Tom entered the basement. They heard what I said.

“I can do that, boss,” Justin said as I looked at him.

“All right, I’ll let you do it; if he’s with his men, I’ll call you Tom and bring our men to my mansion,” I instructed Tom, who nodded.

“Copy boss, we’ll be following your order,” Tom responds. I look at my wristwatch; it’s already late, and I believe Unice is sleeping.

“You can go home now. We’ll just stay here and prepare the weapons you’ll be using.” Charlie elaborated.

“All right, if I forget to tell you something, I’ll just text you all.” As I exited the basement, I replied, and they all nodded.

I quickly got into my car, buckled my seat belt, and started my car’s engine. I started driving away from the basement, and as I was driving, the rain began to fall, so I kept driving, turning on my tail lights.

After a few minutes of driving in the rain, I arrived at my mansion, parked my car, exited, and went inside. It’s quiet in my room, and I don’t see Unice; did she sleep in her room?

I went to her room and slowly opened the door to see her sleeping, so I approached her and fixed the blanket. I noticed she fell asleep while using it; I didn’t bother picking it up because she would wake up if she noticed me there. She appears to be preparing to face Edward.

After that, I left her room and went to mine to get some clothes for myself; I’m going to shower first and then sleep.

Besides her

I will ensure that Edward is defeated once and for all so that I can exact my revenge. I am prepared to do whatever it takes, and whatever happens to Unice, I will do everything I can to save or protect her if it is the last thing I do.
