Chapter 298

“You can drive your new car to the company today, it’s yours,” he said and she stared at him for a few seconds and then took the keys.

“Ride with me to the company,” she said and Brandon hummed and nodded in response.

They both walked out of the house and went to the car. Hannah hopped inside the driver’s seat while Brandon entered the passenger seat.

Hannah stared at Brandon while they both put on the seat belt.

Hannah ignited the engine and then zoomed off.

Meanwhile, Hannah and Brandon are seen inside the car, while Hannah drives. A lot of cars behind her were blowing horns because she was too slow and was causing traffic.

“Is this how you drive to work when you are by yourself?” Brandon asked and Hannah turned to him and then turned to the road.

“What?” she asked.

“You are too slow. You are driving 20 kilometers per hour, Hannah. The car is barely moving” he said and she sighed.

“I’m trying not to be too fast. This is a new car Brandon and it should be handled with care” Hannah said and Brandon chucked.

“Hannah, please drive fast or we are going to be late for the office,” Brandon said and Hannah sighed and then decided to drive faster:

Brandon felt his spirit leave his body when Hannah drove too fast. The speed she was driving was too high.

He swallowed into nothing as he stared at Hannah and got out of the car.

Hannah stared at him and then smiled, and then moved her eyes back to the road.

“You are going to get us killed Hannah” Brandon yelled and Hannah laughed.

The car came to a stop in front of the company.

Brandon heaved a sigh of relief and then alighted the car. For some seconds he thought he was going to die.

“You are going to ride back home with me right?” Hannah asked and Brandon furrowed his brows and chuckled.

“No, Liam will drive me home,” he said and Hannah laughed as they both walked inside the company side by side.

“Really, please drive with me. I can’t drive alone. I promise I won’t be fast this time” she said and he stared at her for a few seconds and looked away.

“Okay fine, if you drive too fast I will have to drop halfway,” he said and she smiled.

Meanwhile, the employees kept staring at both Brandon and Hannah with admiration in their eyes.

“They look so cute together. They are the perfect couple” one of the employees said as she blushed while staring at them.

“I can’t wait to meet the man of my dreams, I want him to look exactly like Brandon,” the employee said as they kept smiling.

Hannah and Brandon on the other hand entered the elevator to the last floor.

Ding! The elevator came to a stop and opened.

They both walked out of the elevator.

“Hannah” Brandon called and she turned to him and raised her eyebrows waiting for him to speak.

“Have a nice day” he said as he kissed her on her cheeks and pulled her into a hug.

“Brandon, we are in the office, what if someone sees us” Hannah said as she tried pulling away from the hug.

“I don’t care, Hannah, you shouldn’t care too, besides we are a couple,” he said as he pulled away from the hug.

She hummed and tried moving away from him but then he held her by her waist and then pulled her close to himself, leaving no space between them, while their gaze locked.

“I’m going to miss you,” Brandon said as he stared at her lips and then at her eyes.

“Brandon, I’m not traveling, my office is just close to yours,” she said and he nodded and sighed.

“I know. I just want you to be by my side all the time, so I can be watching your beautiful face” he said and she felt her cheeks turned red.

She was blushing again.

“Hannah” he called and she stared at him.

“When are you going to tell me?” Brandon asked and Hannah raised her eyebrows as she stared at him with a confused expression on her face.

“Uhm, I have some work to do at the office, Brandon,” she said and turned to leave but then Brandon called her name making her pause.

“I know you feel the same way I feel about you, Hannah. I know you love me as much as I love you but you just do not want to accept it.

You keep lying to yourself that you feel nothing for me” he said and she closed her eyes for a brief second and then opened it and turned to him.

“What are you trying to say?” she asked.

“I know you love me, say it. You don’t have to be scared of admitting how you feel about me, I promise I will never hurt you” Brandon said and Hannah chucked.

“Did I give you the impression that I’m in love with you? Brandon, I.… I’m not in love with you, alright? Us sleeping together on the bed last night meant nothing. And you bought me a car means nothing” she said and he paused as he stared at her.

“What do you mean you are not in love with me? We know that’s not true, you love me” he said and she scoffed.

“Why do you always feel all the females love you? Because different girls chase after you and find you attractive, do you think i would also chase after you or what?

I do not love you Brandon and I do not find you attractive” she said and Brandon stared at her looking confused.

“Where do you get this impression from? And where are the ladies who are chasing after me because I see none.

What is wrong with you Hannah? What is the problem?” Brandon asked and Hannah scoffed..

“I do not love you, so leave me alone”

He stared at her for a few seconds and nodded. He felt a surge of anger rush things hum.
