"Yerry, what do you like to eat?" Rosalie asked.

Yerick said, "I'm good with anything. I'll have anything you're having, Rose. But you're going for an operation tomorrow. You should have something lighter."

His thoughtful words brought a warm smile toward Rosalie's face. "I can just eat as I normally do. It doesn't need to be too light on taste."

Sebastian smiled as well. "Have a good chat, you two. I'll head out to have someone prepare dinner. Don't worry, I'll make sure both of you are well- fed."

When he reached the door, he didn't leave immediately. Instead, he stood at the door and waited to see if that rascal would talk bad about him. However, after eavesdropping for a while, he realized that Yerick didn't talk bad about him and only chatted idly with Rosalie.

Rosalie heaved a sigh of relief. "That's good."

"Rose, it seems like your husband is recovering very well. He can even take care of you now, when you were the one taking care of him before." Rosalie said, "Yeah, he's made a great recovery. If only he could remember what happened in the past. We haven't managed to nab the one who caused him harm."

The mention of the culprit made Rosalie feel melancholic.

"Rose, don't worry," Yerick said as he grabbed her hand and patted it gently to comfort her. "You'll eventually find him. Good always triumphs over evil."

Yerick said it without batting an eyelid.

Rosalie nodded. "You're right."

Just then, two men in police uniform walked in.

"Ms. Young," they greeted.

"We want to ask you a few questions."

"I had my statement taken previously."
