I have never been so weak this way; I could not do my regular exercise routine this morning; I sluggishly stood on my feet walking to my bathroom to freshen up so I can go to work even when I know I might be a bit late.

I washed my face with the running tap at the bathroom, looking at myself in the mirror; a flash of what happened in the past occurred to me.

Few seconds again, I heard a knock at the door, thinking the maids is coming the second time, so I yelled, saying,” Didn’t I tell you all to get lost? Why did you return hum.”

My anger left me hearing the magical voice of Bella saying, “I am sorry, Kyle, but I am not leaving; I heard from the maids how injured your hands are, so I am coming in to give you a first aid treatment ” She opened the door, and it feels she gets prettier every blessed day.

“You shouldn’t have to bother yourself about me, Bella; I am fine; it’s just a minor home accident,” I said, trying to make sure she doesn’t get sad about the injury.

“Shhh, not a word, you are my man, remember, I don’t have money but let me do this.” She insisted, and I gave her my hands; she cleaned the injury giving first aid to it and dressing it.

She went to the bathroom to sweep the glasses on the floor and washing off the bloodstains on the ground, and also mopped my room.

“Now everything is back in place,” she said with a charming smile.

“Thank you, Bella, the only queen of Kyle’s heart.” She blushed.

“Go and have your bath; I will wait here so you won’t hurt yourself over again”, she insisted.

“Now you are acting like my mom.” She laughed.

I came out from the bathroom, my hair still wet and on my towel; I know girls say I look so hot after bathing with clammy hair, but I couldn’t believe Bella opened her mouth admiring me, and it took her time to regain herself

She stammered, saying, “Since you are fine, I should get going; I need to do some cleaning.”

“Okay, but after I kiss my queen.” I brought her close, reaching for her lips.
