“Lisa, what movie do you like to watch with me?”

I watched her rolling her eyes and blushing as well; maybe the way I placed my question making her act this way.

“Let’s watch a paranormal movie that has a bit of romance in it then.”

“Ladies with romance, but I love paranormal to so that I will go with that; let me get the tickets, okay?”

She nodded and gave me her wicked smile.

I paid to get the tickets and informed them I don’t want anyone in the cinema with us while watching the movie; I paid to get it all to myself in just a few hours.

“Thanks so much, sir; after the movie, I can do some massaging, you know,” she bites her lips, trying to flirt with me and passing her contact to me.

I gave her a sign to call her, walking back to where I left Lisa; I got angered seeing her smiling and talking to a guy.

I hastened up to her and requested what was going on.

“Good evening dude, your sister is damn cute and fun to talk with!”

“Did he just call her my sister,” I gave her a stare, and she avoided my looks with smiles?

“Well, this lady happens to be my woman; I don’t like people like you around her, so please kindly take your leave; we came to see a movie and not to make friends.”

“Oh, I am so sorry about that; I never knew she was your woman, you damn lucky man, such a damsel you got in your hands, take care of her please else guys like us will be waiting to have her,” he waves at her before leaving, while she was about waving back I ceased her hands taking her in.

I ordered the popcorn and soft drink at the entrance, and we went in together sitting but not talking to each other.

“Your woman? Really? Why did you lie about us being a couple of hum?” she frowns at me?

“Well, lady Lisa, you came with me and is not proper chatting with another guy when Theo is around.”

“Hum, just say you are jealous, okay!”

“Hey, I am not jealous.”

“Whatever”

Am I jealous? No, that can’t be possible, we are just friends, and I enjoy her company, that’s all.

I carried her bridal style to the car and zoomed off to her place.

Getting down to greet her grandma, I manage to set her bed in her tiny room, and I carried her in, placing her on the bed and covering her.

“Good night Lisa, don’t be late to work tomorrow, okay? Sweet dreams” I placed a kiss on her forehead and took my leave.

Mom will be waiting at my arrival at home to ask questions about the girl she saw with me on the net; well, I will ignore it and go to bed.

“Hi, mom, you still up?”

“Theo, what do I see on the net about you? You are yet to see your girlfriend, and looking at how you are messing up, what if she sees it?”

“Mom, please not tonight; I am tired.”

“To inform you, we finally found a good girl, beautiful and parents rich too, get prepared because we are having dinner at her parents place with your dad. This time around, you dare not reject her like you always do.”

” Good night, mother.” I walked to my room angrier; why do they keep choosing a girl for me to get married to?”

Taking off my clothes to have my bath, I rested on my bed.

Clara

I finished having my medication; the maid came in to take up the dishes from my room while resting back on my bed.

I missed Kyle a lot, and I forgive him already; what more can I do? I am already deeply in love with him.

“Clara,” Mom called, entering into my room with expressions of happiness all over her look.

She sat close to me on my bed,” Are you feeling any better, dear child? The doctor will be here in the evening to get you your evening injection, okay! Just be strong.”

“Thanks so much, mom.”

“Kyle is almost here, don’t be over weak so my son in law won’t develop fear because of you.”

“Are you serious, mother? Is Kyle on his way to see me?”

” Yes, my daughter and I know when you see him, you will recover instantly; I feel you miss him so much. No wonder you fell ill.”

I blushed at mom statement.

“Miss Clara, Kyle is here to see you” My maid came in to deliver the message to me.

My mom winked at me, taking her leave; two more maids came in, setting my room with some stuff Kyle brought; my door opened again, revealing Kyle presence.

I could feel the heat when he walked to me, sitting on the bed, showing affection to me.

“How is your health, Clara?”

“I am feeling better gradually; thanks for asking and coming over to check up on me as well.”

“It’s nothing; I am sorry that I haven’t come to check up on you, I have been so occupied, but I am glad knowing you are getting better.”

“I understand, dear; I can’t be angry at you when I know how busy you are most of the time.”

He touches my forehead using the back of his hands,” You burning up, excuse me, let me get something from your maid.”

He came back with a bowl of water and a napkin, taking off his wristwatch and folding his sleeve to avoid getting it soaked when dipping the napkin into the water.

He squeezed the water out of the napkin and placing it on my forehead; he went on again with the same process.

Kyle asking me questions about my well-being makes me feel happy; I am lucky to fall in love with someone like him, so gentle and caring.

“Kyle, can I ask a favour from you?”

“I am all ears Clara, provided I can do it, then go on,” he responded with lots of confidence.

“Before you sleep, can you cuddle me a little, please?”

“Okay, no problem doing, no hold on, you mean what? I didn’t get you the first time; please recap.”

“I mean, cuddle me before you take your leave, and I will be so happy about it, please?”
