Chapter 4

Jade's POV

"Joshua Aden Brown, you get in here right this moment," I scream.

A few seconds ago I received a text from the landlord.

I heard Josh mumbling something until he finally came to my doorway looking irate. "What did I do

now?"

I raise my brows at him, really? He's asking me what he did.

Without answering his question, I shoved my phone in his hands. He lifted my phone to his face so he

would be able to read it. After reading it the expression of his face changed completely.

"I'm.." he started.

"You're what sorry? What happened? Why didn't you pay the bill, Joshua? I want to know the truth"

"I got in a fight at a fast-food restaurant and had to pay back the owner. I was going use the money

from the new painting to pay it back, I haven't found a buyer as yet, I'm still looking."

"Josh, you can't keep getting yourself in these troubles. You're not only hurting yourself, but you're

hurting me also. Please promise me that you'll stop, please." I beg slowly. I am tired of trying to clean

up his problems, I don't want him to die early. I want my brother to be with me but how can this happen

if he loves getting into fights?

"I don't.."

"Please," I pled.

"Okay," he paused, "I'll also pay the rent money tomorrow, I'll try and find a way to get some money to

pay it."

"No, it's fine. I'll pay for it." I suggest although I don't know exactly how I will. I am broke. I have no

money in my bank book, not even a dime. All the expenses were just too much. Thank God for the deal

I made with Mr. Dale.

The deal! Kyle and I have yet to discuss it and yet we had sex. I need to ask him tomorrow when I get

to work.

"But how? you don't get paid until the end of the month."

"Josh, I don't worry. I'll pay it tomorrow." I assured my younger brother. Not only will I pay Ms. Hall her

rent but I'll also pay some other debts my brother made us fall in.

"Okay, thanks sis." He takes and deep breath then sighs. "I'm really sorry for always getting myself in

trouble, it seems as if I can't help myself. But I'll try my best to ignore people, I will. If It makes you

happy, I will not date anymore. I will not look for girls that are too expensive or that have boyfriends. I'll

stay by myself. As hard as that sounds, I will. I will stay celibate."

I did the last thing he expected from me, I laughed. There is no way my little brother can stay celibate.

He loves sex. He got arrested for public affections, yes, he was having sex in a public restroom. He

was like a female dog on heat. He has to have sex. I don't think there has ever being a day when my

twenty-year-old brother doesn't have sex. Josh likes all the attention the girls give him and that's one of

the reasons for his problems and debts. Woman, that's his weakness. I don't think he can control his

"Why are you laughing?" he asks with a confused look on his face.

"You not having sex? Are you crazy? I know you are obsessed with sex so I don't think I can make you

do such a bad thing."

"What! No, I'm not obsessed. I can control myself." He states but I just raised my brows.

"Really? If you weren't obsessed then why did you have sex in a public restroom, why did you have sex

with Andrew Martin's car with his sister, if you are not obsessed remind me why you got fired from the

library or do I need to remind you?"

He smirks. "Okay, I see your point. But come on sis, what you expect me to do? Hot girls, big boobs

and I have a high sex drive, I can't resist when a female walk pass swaying her nice shape butt my

way. I will look." He will. If there was one thing about my brother that was wrong, it was his

straightforwardness. His inability to see that a girl had her man in her arms, he wasn't afraid to look at

her ass. He also wasn't afraid to throw the first punch which is why he gets himself in so much trouble.

I lift my hands to my ears. "I need not hear about my little brother's sex life. I have more important

things, for example watching The Flash, which is gonna be on in about two minutes so get lost."

He pouts, "Can I watch it with you, please?" he gave me his famous baby blue eyes. No, I will not fall

for it.

"No." I held my head to my TV although it was showing advertisements. I heard my brother sigh and I

smiled mentally. "Please close the door on your way out."

He hissed his teeth and left the door open, I laugh at his childishness.

It's half-past ten and it was the only opportunity for me to ask Kyle about my money since he was free

for a couple of minutes.

I stand from my desk and fix my clothes by running my hands over it. I walk over to Dane's desk so I

can tell him about me wanting to speak to Kyle but I founded it surprisingly empty. I decide to go to Kyle

without going through Dane, I really need to pay my rent money today. I knocked lightly on his door.

"Come in."

I pushed the big door open. "Mr. Dale." I call to get his attention from the papers his eyes were on.

He looks up and his eyes flickered as he sees me, probably surprised. "Please do come in and have a

seat, Jade." I follow his commands, move away from the door and took a seat in front of him. "Yes, how

may I help you, Jade?"

I start playing with my hands in my lap. I look up at him. "Well, you see I was wondering when you

would you know..pay me because I need the money to pay my rent."

"Oh, I see." He lifts his hands and places them on his neck back while he leaned in the chair.

"Yes, my brother got in some trouble with a fast food restaurant and had to pay back for the lost items

so he used the money I gave him to pay the rent and use it to pay for the broken items," I explained to

him but he face wasn't showing any emotions so I have no idea what was going through his head.

"Okay, well I can write you a cheque now if that's what you want." He states.

"No, I just need about One Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars."

"Well Jade, I don't do walking around with cash, I only have a cheque book and my debit and credit

card. I will write you a cheque."

"Okay," I sigh, of course, he wouldn't have money on him. A man like him doesn't by things on the road,

he goes into expensive restaurants and stores instead. Shame on me to believe he would have at least

some money on him. I look up and he was writing in his cheque book, I didn't want to prey so I drifted

my attention to the view behind him. It was magnificent, the view of other skyscrapers, all of them

looking unified.

Kyle cleared his throat, I lifted my head and look at him. He stretched his hands out with the cheque in

it. I take the cheque out of his hands, our hands touch briefly and I remembered how they felt all over

my body two nights ago. I immediately got wet.

I swallowed trying to hide my sexual frustrations. I look down at the cheque my eyes instantly popped. I

look up at Kyle who is watching my every move.

"Mr. Dale, don't you think this is a little bit too much?"

"No, it's not."

I shake my head. "I think it is. This can more than pay off my debts."

"I know." He declares unaffected.

"Then why give me so much?"

"You're going to be carrying my child, you deserve much more than a few million dollars in fact that's

just half of the payment."

"Half. Your saying you're giving me two million to have your child?" I asked not really believing.

He sighs, "Yes, Jade. Two million dollars is not a lot of a man like me. Jade, I'm a billionaire. Two

millionaire is like pocket money. Don't worry about money. You should be worried about what I'll do to

you tonight." He smirks.

"What about tonight?" I question, I was not only shock but a little bit excited, what will happen tonight?

"You'll be coming home with me," he answered calmly.

"What?"

"I'm sure you're not deaf." I blush.

"I'm just shocked, I never expected you to want me to come to your home since we've had sex

already."

"Oh, yes. We've had sex but we don't know if you're pregnant or not so we'll continue having sex until

you're with child."

"Oh,"

He nods. "Yea, now, if you'll excuse me Ms. Brown I have some work to do and so do you." Way to

break the moment by calling me by my surname.

"Yes, Sir." I stand from the chair and nod. When I reach the door to exit I heard him say. This is from NôvelDrama.Org.

"Just prepare yourself for tonight, eat a lot of food. You'll need the energy."

My face was pink by the time I return to my desk.

Tonight, I'll be having sex with my billionaire boss again. I don't know what I should feel but I was

extremely excited. Kyle is exquisite in bed, I found myself doing things I never thought I would when in

bed with him.

I smile.

Tonight is going to be a long night.
