Alpha Tyrion’s Arranged Mate – His Hybrid Mate

Celine’s POV :

I heard loud banging outside the door and Alpha Tyrion entered before I could even walk downstairs to him. He looked around everywhere with his deadly glare and growled at the noise made by kitten.

“When was he here? ” He asked.

“Around four hours ago. ” I answered with confusion lingering in my mind.

He rubbed his forehead and let out a small groan as a nerve twitched in his jaw.

“What did he say? Did he do something? Are you okay? ”

His concern towards me was shocking and uncalled because he had just left me in the Chambers and with just one call he was here looking out for me. But why he was so concerned about his brother visiting me, as if he was an intruder who was unsafe for everyone.

“No, he was just checking in and wanted to help with practice. ”

His brows furrowed, ” What do you mean by he wanted to help you with practice?”

” I had wanted to get some training practice so that it would be easy for me to stay in the challenge for at least one day. He came out of nowhere and introduced himself. ” I told him the truth.

Alpha grabbed my arm and dragged me just inches away from his mouth.

“Kain, my step brother, is the bastard child of my Father who is mixed with the witch’s blood. He is my biggest enemy and has always wanted to steal what’s mine. He can go to any length to prove himself superior than me. ”

I tried to make sense of his words but my focus was on his mesmerising eyes and our closeness.

“Mixed with Witch’s Blood? ” I asked again to confirm.

Alpha Tyrion nodded and his grip loosened on my arms.

“His mother was a witch who seduced my father when he still hadn’t found his mate. She intentionally got pregnant and trapped him but Moon Goddess broke the spell and she was banished from the shifter land. Kain was allowed to live with the wolves because of his half blood yet he chose to be in contact with his evil mother who made him do so many vile things on my pack. ”

I listened to him attentively as he told me about the biggest secret of his life and i felt worthy of standing here with him.

“Why did he come back? ” I asked.

“He just met me in the pack house after meeting you here. His reason of visit is because he found a special wolf’s energy in my pack. ” He scoffed, ” But I know that’s just a fake excuse because he must have heard about you. He just wants to interfere in my life again. ”

“Why don’t you banish him too? ”

“I have passed some laws restricting his entry into the pack but The Alpha Council says he should be allowed to visit the pack because of his right as a half wolf. ”

Suddenly, a thought crossed my mind and I looked up at him with curiosity.

“What if there’s something wrong with me too? ”

“What do you mean? ” He asked, touching my arm.

“Am I a mixed wolf too? ” I asked, ” Like your half brother. Because I don’t know about my parents and their origin. ”

Alpha Tyrion seemed to be lost in deep thought but he didn’t say anything to me.

“I don’t think so. But I have checked about your birth conditions and I came to know that around 18 years ago, there was a mass genocide by the vampires on the rogues who used to live in the borders of the werewolf And The Vampire Kingdom. ”

My throat inched with the sore taste forming in my mouth. It became too difficult to gulp down the saliva and my hands turned cold.

“That means my parents died in the massacre. I will never get to see them. ”

He sighed, “No, I am not sure about the possibility but there is a chance. But for that, I need to talk to Gabriel and ask him about how he found you. ”

I wiped my tears and unexpectedly Alpha wrapped his huge arms around my trembling body. I hesitated for a minute before hugging him tightly and hiding my face in his chest. His pheromone gave me immense peace and safety and I never wanted to get away from him.

” I know it must be difficult for you to remember that I can sometimes hear your thoughts. ” He chuckled.

My cheeks flushed with embarrassment and I fixed my hair, pretending to look at the floor.

“I should start with the dinner… ” I mumbled.

“No, you don’t have to prepare for anything because you are coming with me to the pack house. ”

I watched him with my mouth hanging open at him and he smiled after touching my lips and giving a small tap on my mouth.

“But the pack members hate me… ” I said.

” I know that they don’t want you to stay in the Pack. But I am taking you with me as my mate and we will come back after dinner. ”

As his mate? I smiled internally at the thought.

“You don’t have to put so much efforts for me. I will manage here like always. ”

He scoffed, ” And let Kain harass you again. Right? ”

He stared into my eyes and I shook my head.

“He didn’t harass me. And you don’t have to be worried about me ever trying to betray you. ” I answered.

He laughed, ” I know him since I was a kid and he can never go without trying his luck on any woman. Especially a woman related to me. He tried the same trick on Ava too but I know she wasn’t interested in him either. ”

My smile vanished as soon as he took her name and I could feel the change in his demeanor too. We both grew aware of our situation and the reality of our Bond.

“I will just take the kitten with me. ” I said breaking the awkward silence.

Alpha nodded but I couldn’t find the kitten anywhere even after I called for him thrice.

“Let him go. I don’t have enough time to wait here. ” He sounded irritated and I hated how everything between us was just a dream which took only one name to break and make us apart.
