“Lose your way! Emmanuel yelled, launching into his Dragonweave Saga,
ready to take down his foe with his best close–combat moves.
To his shock, the guy facing him was also a serious contender, skilled in
multiple martial arts. Yorick smoothly countered Emmanuel’s Dragonweave
Saga, turning the tables on him with a slick move of his own.
Emmanuel was taken aback–he hadn’t expected this guy to be so
experienced. He poured everything he had into breaking Yorick’s defense, but
Yorick quickly retaliated with Rohatsu’s Grip!
The punches came fast and heavy–bang, bang, bang! Emmanuel absorbed
nine strikes but still received three solid blows, leaving him disoriented and
feeling a swirl of errant energies swirling in his chest.
“Impressive!” Yorick remarked.
If this were Gwain, he’d already be out cold by now. Yet, this young fighter has

some serious fighting instincts! he thought, sizing up Emmanuel. Then, his
expression shifted to one of disbelief.

“Cut the act! Anyone who gets in my way is done for!” Emmanuel growled. He
charged forward with even more intensity despite taking three hard hits,
unleashing a powerful palm strike.
The tenth move of the Dragon–Breaking Palm unleashed a storm of energy!
Yorick felt a chill run down his spine–this was serious! He widened his eyes, desperately trying to escape and break the force of Emmanuel’s attack.
Despite his efforts, he couldn’t avoid the final blow and prepared for the impact. Boom! The two forces clashed with a loud crash!
Emmanuel felt his arm tingle with numbness, stunned that his foe’s internal strength was even more significant than his own. He thought, I won’t even stand a chance if I hadn’t pulled out the Dragon– Breaking Palm! Who is this
guy?!
While slightly better off, Yorick began to retreat as he felt his energy waver.

He was confident he could wear Emmanuel down, but right now, he chose to
regroup instead of pushing forward.
Just then, Yorick’s mount, Simba, roared and lunged at Emmanuel.
In this intense moment, Emmanuel didn’t flinch; he fought back with even
more ferocity, delivering a powerful kick to Simba. “Go away!”
“Roar!” Sensing Emmanuel’s overwhelming energy, Simba dodged with agility
but still took a glancing blow, hitting the ground and hesitating to act.
“Impressive! The Northern Wolf Warrior truly lives up to the name! The
Dragon–Breaking Palm is a force to be reckoned with!” Yorick admitted, a hint
of admiration in his eyes.
He analyzed the two fighters, noting the stark difference between the
Northern Wolf Warrior and Southern Lannister. This Emmanuel… he’s proven to
be quite the challenger, he mused, recognizing the young warrior’s
undeniable skill.

Emmanuel realized chosing ofter Roselynn was no longer an option. He
thought, The more I let my anxiety grow, the greater the chance of being
overpowered by Yorick Fording himself to stay composed, he steadied his
breathing to keep his foous,
“Savage Martial Saint, Yorick Dotson, Yorick introduced himself, adding a title

“What?! is it really you?!” Emmanuel asked, slightly surprised. His thoughts

Yorick raised an eyebrow and replied, “You know who I am?”
“Of course! I’m Santiago’s disciple. Today, I’ll take you down for my master!” Emmanuel rumbled, refusing to show panic despite the odds as he charged at Yorick. This bravery alone made him deserving of the title of war god.

Yorick sensed the intensity of this young fighter; Emmanuel’s aggressive spirit
could ignite and amplify his strength. He thrived on challenges and grew
stronger the tougher his opponent became. Most people wouldn’t have the
guts to face a clear disadvantage.
“Fascinating!” Yorick matched Emmanuel’s energy, executing a move that
devoured their distance.
“Dragon–Breaking Palm, Dual Dragon Strike!” Emmanuel shouted, channeling

Dust, grass, and debris flew everywhere as their powers crashed against the Magnolia Theater, leaving scars on its structure! It was like two dragons
coiled around a giant tiger, creating a chaotic scene as they fought.
Boom! Ultimately, they were forced apart mid–air, their clothes shredded by
the energy unleashed in their clash.
Yorick hesitated, choosing not to engage Emmanuel again at the last
moment. He wasn’t scared of losing; he didn’t want to risk serious injury. He

was there to defeat the martial artists of Chanaea, and it wasn’t worth the
cost.
Abruptly, a voice called out from behind. “Stop, Emmanuel!”
“Santiago!” Emmanuel turned to see Santiago, flask in hand, strolling out of
the Magnolia Theater with Shane and Sonia in tow.
Santiago declared, “This fight is mine. I’ll handle him, not you.”

It was only then that Emmanuel relaxed his fists. Caught up in the intensity of
battle, he had been releasing his internal strength without thinking. With
Santiago’s arrival, he finally stepped back.
“Santiago, I’ll meet you at Divine Mountain on New Year’s Day! We’ll settle our scores then!” Yorick announced, mounting Simba and preparing to leave.
Santiago replied firmly, “I gave my word to Maestro Moretti that I wouldn’t fight with you today! Yet it’ll be either your end or mine on New Year’s Day!”
After witnessing Emmanuel and Yorick go head–to–head, he wasn’t confident
