“Mackenzie!” He wanted to run after her, but the moment his mother, who
was in his arms, saw this, she passed out in a fit of rage.

should go after his wife.
Luckily, Roselynn had returned. When she saw this, she quickly rushed over to
support Alessandra. At the same time, she gave her brother a kick in the
buttock and bellowed, “What are you doing here? Go after her!”
He palpated his mother’s pulse, afraid her life would be in danger if he left. As
