Chapter 474 Linda Must Be Pregnant with Twins

The next morning, Linda woke up in Charles's arms.

Linda was staying with Charles in a hotel for the first time, and she felt that it was a wonderful

experience. Linda and Charles had gotten married before falling in love. After they got engaged to be

married, Linda was gradually attracted to Charles, and soon enough, she realized that she really loved

him.

While noticing that Linda was awake and moving in his arms, Charles also woke up. He saw Linda

looking at him the moment he opened his eyes. He smiled at her and said, "Honey, what's wrong? Why

are you looking at me like this?"

Charles's smile was so bright and charming that Linda was totally fascinated by it. She had her eyes

solely fixed on his warm smile which she knew was only meant for her.

Linda had never seen Charles smile like this at any other place, except when he was alone with her,

like this moment when they were cuddling on the bed.

After a while, they got out of bed and freshened up. After lazing around the hotel room for a bit, they

then had breakfast. After that, they prepared to go back to SH City. Charles's visit to ZJ Province had

been reduced to a farce. He had only planned to go there to bid for a surprise gift for Linda, but he

didn't expect that his wife would come over to rescue him in the end.

When they were on their way home, Linda, who was sitting on the backseat of the car with Charles,

asked, "Where did you ask the Mu Security Team to take those men?

How long will you lock them up?"

"About one or two days. I won't keep them in the troops for too long. They don't deserve to stay at such

a solemn place."

"I worry that Hanson will get back at us after he gets released. Honey, you must stay cautious and

vigilant for any unforeseen attacks by them in the future. Don't let them have any chance to harm you. I

don't want to see you getting hurt when they do take their revenge, " reminded Linda after reflecting on

the incident. Even though she knew that Charles was very smart and that he had already considered

such a thing, Linda, being his wife, thought that it was her duty to remind her husband to pay attention

to his own safety.

Deeply touched by her heartwarming words, Charles pulled Linda into his arms, feeling very happy and

grateful.

After being together with Linda, he had found his one and only true love. He had no interest in women

before he had met her because he hadn't come across anyone who was the right fit for him.

"Oh right. Brian and Bun might come back today. I missed the call yesterday. But honestly, I don't think

Brian would call me if not to tell me that he was coming back, " said Charles.

Linda was pleased upon learning that Brian and Bun were going to come back. They had been

travelling for about three months now, and it was time for them to return.

But they would have to deal with a lot of things after they would get back.

Lord Ho hadn't consented to Brian's marriage with Bun, but the couple had taken the liberty to get their

marriage license. Lord Ho couldn't break up their marriage because they both were soldiers and any of

Lord Ho's attempts to ruin their marriage would be considered a crime. Now, they were living a happy

and stable life. They didn't even tell Linda that they would go travelling for such a long period of time.

When they would come back, Linda would surely ask Bun what had happened that she didn't know of

and what they were planning to do in the future.

The car moved along the road, hitting a few bumps here and there. Paul had been trying his best to

drive the car steadily, but Linda still vomited twice on the road since she had gotten weak after being

pregnant. Charles felt very sorry for her.

When she headed for ZJ Province last night, she didn't feel anything like this because she was very

anxious and worried about Charles's safety, totally ignoring any of the uncomfortable feelings that came

with the pregnancy. But now, on their way back home, she was so weak and feeling sick, but she

couldn't do anything about it. After arriving home, Linda lay on the bed the whole day to rest and began

to feel better.

In the afternoon, Linda felt okay when she woke up, so she got out of bed. Anna saw Linda get up, so

she brought Linda some warm, nutritious congee which had been prepared in advance.

"My Lady, how are you feeling now? Are you feeling better?"

Linda nodded. While eating the congee, she said, "I feel fine now. I didn't expect that I would suffer

motion sickness with this pregnancy. I even vomited during the two-hour drive."

"We can't do anything about it. You just have to endure it. You are so weak because you are pregnant

with the twins. The nutrients in your body are being absorbed by the two babies. I'm sure you will get

back to normal after you give birth to the twins, with proper rest and nourishment, of course, "

Anna said while she was gently massaging Linda's shoulders. She believed that Linda had to be

aching all over after her sleep, so she thought that a massage could help ease her pain and relax her

body.

Linda felt very happy as Anna gave her a gentle shoulder massage while she was eating the delicious

and nutritious congee. Besides, her babies were about to be born, which made her feel good upon

thinking about it.

"My Lady, I'm back."

Right then, Linda heard a familiar voice outside the room. She was surprised because she knew that

the voice was Bun's.

Linda heard a joyful and lovely voice coming from afar.

After a little while, Bun ran up to the door, out of breath. Her face even got red.

Linda saw Bun dressed in a military uniform as well as casual outfits, and it was the first time that Linda

had seen her wearing a simple white T-shirt, a pair of short denim jeans, and some running shoes. She

looked very beautiful and attractive this way.

However, her skin seemed darker than before. Maybe, she had spent a lot of time under the sun. Linda

joked, "Bun, why did your skin become so tan after only a few months?"

Bun laughed and replied, "I went to Tibet along with Brian. I had put on some sunscreen to lessen the

effect. You should see Brian. His skin is much darker!"

"Dear wife, don't make fun of me. It doesn't matter. My sun-tanned skin will change back to its original

colour after a few months." Carrying their luggage, Brian slowly walked behind Bun and then appeared

in front of Linda. Linda then saw that Brian and Bun were wearing matching outfits.

Linda was just joking about it. Bun was only a bit darker than she was before. Her skin was sun-kissed

at most.

After the travel, Brian and Bun seemed to have gotten closer and happier than they were before. Brian

had even begun referring to Bun as his wife.

"So how was it? Where did you guys travel to? Did you have a good time?"

"We went to a lot of places. I will tell you each destination one by one. We also came across many

interesting things." Bun sat down beside Linda. She hadn't seen Linda in a long time and was very
