Chapter 507: How Dare You Talk to Me Like That!

Chloe lies on the sofa and watches TV. She is bored and always changing the channels. Sometimes,

Steven is very patient. He sits beside her and watches her finish the pork chop rice. He is very

thoughtful and pours her a glass of orange juice.

"Have some juice."

Chloe takes over the orange juice and drinks more than half of it before saying slowly, "Yes. But only if

you can cook whatever I want. Don't go to my bedroom. Don't touch my things."

Steven agrees. "Anything else?"

"And leave me alone!" Chloe glares at him and raises her chin. "My boyfriend is very strong. He can

knock you down with one hand! You don't want to touch me."

"You have a boyfriend?" Steven's face sinks. He says in a cold voice, "Since when did you start dating

him?"

"It's none of your business. Just remember that he's a real badass!"

Steven grabs her wrist and looks as if he's going to eat her alive. "Where did you meet him? What's his

name?"

"You're hurting me!" Chloe frowns and is about to cry in pain. "Let go of me!"

"If you don't tell me, I won't cook for you anymore."

Chloe shouts, "Louis hired you and asked you to be my bodyguard. You don't get to ask me about that!

How dare you talk to me like that?"

But Steven is still grabbing her wrist and glaring at her coldly, so her face twists in anger.

"My boyfriend is Coffey. He's very strong! If you don't let go of me, I'll call him over!"

Seeing Steven taking the plate to the kitchen, Chloe sits there with her cheeks propped up, feeling that

Chandler leaves Chloe's place and takes a taxi to the Smith Group.

When Chandler walks into the Smith Group, a receptionist greets him. "This way."

The receptionist is flattered. After escorting Chandler into the elevator, she swipes her card. "The

elevator will go straight to that floor. It won't stop halfway. So, I won't go up with you."

When the receptionist returns to work, her colleagues rush over and ask, "Hey, is he the child who

came for Mr. Smith last time? He comes again for Mr. Smith?"

you."

"Why don't you play with Chloe?"

Chandler mutters, "If I stayed with her for a few more days, you might not see your lovely nephew

again."

Louis's face darkens. "Don’t you live with Lily? She's not at home?"
