Thinking of all that happened yesterday afternoon, Lily almost forgets to eat the roll cake and looks at
the man in shock.
She is going to shoot a short video with Louis. Really?
"Mr. Smith, please have a second thought." Knowing that they will stay together for several days, Lily
feels uncomfortable.
It seems like Lily approaches Louis on purpose and she can't do anything without him. But it isn't what
she wants.
Lily says euphemistically, "If you show up in the video, people will see you. I remember that you don't
want the public to know you."
"No. I don't."
Lily feels relieved. She is thinking about telling Ella to contact the actor as soon as they arrive City L.
But Louis says in a flat tone, "Just tell the shooting team to cut my parts off the video after filming."
Lily is annoyed.
Lily swallows the rest of the roll cake and mutters angrily, "I think that actor is good. I don't understand
why you fire him for the scandal in the past."
"You're really naive," says Louis, opening a financial magazine, "HS has got a bet with Merci. If Merci
sees you guys are going to win, it will definitely interfere."
After a brief pause, he suddenly changes his attitude, "Alright, after getting off the plane, call the actor
over. I just have to deal with something else. You never will listen to me unless you lose something."
Louis is so incisive that Lily cannot contradict him.
Lily looks sullen, "It was when I first entered this field. I'm different now. I have made progress."
"Yes. You are not new." Louis glances at her and says, "You also have work experiences in Smith. But
in another company, you also think in the old way. Is there any difference?"
Lily doesn't respond.
"I'm embarrassed to say that you are from my company. I feel shameful."
Lily glares at him.
A few seconds later, Lily suddenly smiles and says leisurely, "Whether a student can achieve success

Louis stares at her with his dark eyes. "I think you have made progress in arguing."
"I honed myself in the previous work." Lily pretends to accept his compliments. "Mr. Smith, you really
are not good at teaching. Just admit it. If it were David teaching me, I would have become the top one
in this field!"
"You like David very much, don't you?" Louis immediately is angry.
Lily bites the roll cake and snorts, "Yes. He graduated from Stanford and knows a lot. Plus he is so
charming. If he didn't get a girlfriend, I would chase after him."
Louis narrowed his eyes. "Ms. Lily, you like to chase after men, right?"
"What? You mean girls cannot chase after boys?" Lily rolls her eyes upwards. "Someone needs to bare
his/her heart first. If he is shy, I will express my love first."
"You really like David?"
Shrugging her shoulders, Lily says slowly, "Women all like sweet guys."
Hearing this, Louis is aggravated.
He puts on his earplugs and looks down at the magazine, ignoring the woman beside him.
Louis sends David to New York as soon as he gets off the plane lest he would hear Lily ask about
David.
Seeing that the man stopped talking, Lily doesn't talk to him again. She asks the stewardess who

Before long, Lily gets piles of food on her table.
Lying on the sofa, Lily feels good when she watches news on the small TV and eats snacks.
When drinking water, he would glimpse Lily from the corner of his eye. Lily never stops eating. Louis
sees her belly bulge and wonders why she eats so much food.
He has found that Lily eats a lot after returning from abroad.
How could she eat so much?
Lily has drunk two glasses of juice and then she wants to go to the bathroom.
She moves the blanket off her body and steps onto the ground. All of a sudden, she hisses because of
the pain from her ankle.
Louis looks at her and sees her frowning. "What's wrong?" he asks.
"I accidentally sprained my ankle when I took shower last night." Lily answers.
The floor was wet and slippery. When she was about to fall, she grabbed the hand basin so that she
could protect the baby in her belly.
She ended up spraining her ankle in panic.
Louis doesn't expect she had the accident. He is going to stand up to help her. "I'll help you," he says.
"It doesn't matter. I can walk by myself." Lily waves her hand and tries to walk. Finding that it doesn't
hurt, she goes to the bathroom.
Louis sits down but still stares at her.
It is all right at first. However, she suddenly staggers and almost falls down, which makes Louis upset.
Fortunately, she grabs the back of the seat.
However, then she walks on the front part of her left foot as if it hurts a lot.
Louis couldn't help but stand up and stride over. He picks up the woman unexpectedly. "After you came
back, I found that you eat a lot and look silly. Plus you even cannot walk now."
Lily holds around the man's neck.
Hearing what he has said, Lily feels unpleasant. She shouts at him, "I eat a lot. So what? I don't let you
feed me! Whether I am silly or not, it has nothing to do with you. We've broken up."
Louis doesn't want to quarrel. He goes to the bathroom and puts her down.
He pushes the door open and squints at her. "It's fine if you don't lock the door. No one's coming."
Lily knows that he is jeering at her, so she glowers at him.
Right at this moment, they hear a woman screaming in the bathroom, though it is not loud.
Lily raises her head. Scarcely has she seen the woman's naked back when her eyes are covered by a
big hand.
Louis closes the door with a gloomy look.
After a while, Lily says, "Look, I'm not the only one who won't lock the door."
Louis is speechless.
After several minutes, the door of the bathroom is opened.
A man and a woman come out one after another.
The man looks calm, as if what he has done is not a big deal. To the contrary, the woman is very
embarrassed. After apologizing to Louis and Lily, she drags the man away.
Louis calls the stewardess over and asks her to clean the bathroom.
Lily's eyes have been covered by him. It is dark and she doesn't dare to say anything. When she hears
Louis calling a stewardess, she says, "They have left, let go of me."
Lily feels relieved when he puts his hands down and she glimpses him.
She can't understand why people do this on the plane. It is just a two-hour trip. Thanks to Louis, lily
doesn't see any dirty scene.
The stewardess comes out of the bathroom and says, "Miss, the bathroom is available now."
Lily nods at her, "Thank you."
In the bathroom, Lily lowers her head and sees that her belly bulging when she cleans her hands. She
is shocked.
Is it that obvious?
Louis was just beside her when she was lying on the seat and eating. Does he find about the
pregnancy?
Lily guesses that he doesn't know about it for he doesn't pay any attention on her belly when he sees
her. Thinking of this, she is relieved. Lily straightens her clothes and opens the door.
