Spoiled (Lily)

Chapter 1455 Eloquent

Chapter 1455 Eloquent

Lilly positioned the small ghost beast on her shoulder, her muscles tensing in anticipation of the

impending battle.

Upon arriving, she had two objectives in mind. Firstly, she hoped to find a temporary place to stay and

train, provided they recognized the small ghost beasts she had brought along. Secondly, she wanted to

avoid any harm, unlike her previous encounter with the crickets. At least she had more knowledge

about the small ghost beasts than she did about the crickets.

Having dealt with a Ninth-level Godzilla before, Lilly believed that if the ghost beasts here were similar

to the small ghost beast, her chances of winning would be significantly higher.

However, she didn't expect that the small ghost beasts, despite being categorized as "small ghost

beasts," were far from tiny.

"Squeaky, I hope you won't mind if I roast and eat your tribe," Lilly jokingly remarked to the small ghost

beast.

The small ghost beast stared at her in bewilderment.

Shouldn't we try negotiating before resorting to fighting?

The small ghost beast scratched Lilly with its claws as it quickly pacified the other small ghost beasts.

It wasted no time in making it clear that it belonged to the Pygmy Mouse tribe and that Lilly was its

savior.

Furthermore, it claimed to be the future king of the tribe, emphasizing that there was no need for a

fight. All they needed was permission to meet its father, the current king. Once the king saw it,

everything would be resolved.

Unfortunately, the opposing small ghost beasts didn't recognize the small ghost beast at all. They had

never seen such a small tribe member among their ranks, especially one with gray fur. How could it

possibly be their future king?

As a result, they began mocking the small ghost beast, jeering, "You're nothing but a weakling with

your head in the clouds! How could you ever be worthy of being our future king?"

In the end, the small ghost beast initiated a brawl with the others before Lilly could even demonstrate

her fighting skills.

Frankly, the scene unfolding before her resembled a tiny mouse fighting against a herd of elephants.

However, those elephants were starting to look more like mice.

Fortunately, the small ghost beast knew it was at a disadvantage and summoned Godzilla to aid in the

battle.

This was the first time the small ghost beast had summoned Godzilla after devouring it.

As a result, Godzilla was still resentful and immediately bit several of the "big rats," inflicting severe

injuries on them after roaring ferociously.

The situation was spiraling out of control, forcing Lilly to join the fight. Speedy stayed by her side,

protecting her from harm. However, it didn't hesitate to contribute a kick with every punch Lilly threw,

further intensifying the chaos.

Finally, the king of the Pygmy Mouse tribe appeared, accompanied by the howling wind in the forested

mountains.

Naturally, the small ghost beast forgot to stop when it saw its father. "Godzilla" suddenly roared and

lunged at the distracted small ghost beast.

"Watch out!"

Startled, Lilly used all her strength to strike Flying Leg right at it.

Flying Leg was caught off guard and went soaring through the air.

However, a weapon spirit could deal with the souls of the dead. Flying Leg promptly kicked Godzilla

aside with two firm, unforgiving kicks. This content © Nôv/elDr(a)m/a.Org.

The small ghost beast snapped back to reality and quickly subdued "Godzilla."

At that moment, a majestic and imposing ghost beast came to a halt, coldly observing the small ghost

beast.

The fur on its back moved without any wind, resembling a cluster of burning fire.

Lilly looked at it and then at the small ghost beast. Suddenly, she couldn't help but wonder if they were

even the same species...

The small ghost beast took a step forward and cautiously called out to the enormous ghost beast. It

wasn't sure if that was its father.

To its surprise, the enormous ghost beast merely stared at it stonily, showing no signs of recognition.

"A worthless fool that can't even control its own totem," the enormous ghost beast sneered. "Your totem

has just awakened, hasn't it? Is that the strongest beast soul you've captured?"

The small ghost beast shook its head, indicating that it wasn't. It was about to show its totem to its

father. Unfortunately, the enormous ghost beast didn't give it a chance.

Instead, it looked at Lilly and coldly stated, "We, Flame Beasts, don't want any trouble. Please leave!"

Lilly's heart sank upon hearing the dismissal. If she left, she would have to spend three days outside

the wilderness. Truthfully, she wasn't confident enough in her survival skills to accomplish that.

Moreover, she was confused by the conversation between the enormous ghost beast and the small

ghost beast. They seemed to know each other, yet they appeared more like strangers than family.

"It's your child!" Lilly defended the small ghost beast earnestly. "Why aren't you even asking if it's been

doing well all these years?"

The small ghost beast clutched Lilly's clothes, clearly on the verge of tears.

The enormous ghost beast glanced apathetically at the teary-eyed small ghost beast and said, "How

can it prove that it's my child?"

As soon as these words were spoken, all the other Pygmy Mice exchanged glances. The expression of

the King of the Enormous Ghost Beasts turned colder.

The Flame Beasts were proficient in several languages, including those of birds, snakes, beasts, and

insects. That was precisely why they dared to refer to themselves as 'Kings.'

However, they were well aware of their own limitations.

A strong, fiery red Pygmy Mouse appeared and disdainfully scoffed, "Even I, who have only recently

awakened my totem and tamed a hundred different ghost beast totems, dare not claim that I can tame

the four great mythical creatures! Who gave you the audacity to boast in front of His Highness? Your

Highness, let's leave this braggart! Of course, we should spare its life because it is one of us!" Coոtent

The small ghost beast was furious and immediately wanted to display its totem. However, the Ghost

Beast King turned and walked away, not giving it even a sliver of a chance to prove its innocence!

"Leave this place. You are not welcome here!" it said coldly.

Lilly couldn't bear to watch this farce any longer. So, she shouted, "It was you who lost it in the first

place! Don't you feel even a shred of guilt for your negligence?!"

The king of the ghost beasts paused in its footsteps.

The Pygmy Mouse were all astonished at her audacity!

Even though they weren't great with words, most of them still had the feeling that she had just insulted

their King!
